I have been here for holidays with my friends and we also took our little dog. The hotel is a modern building, very clean with a nice design. Is located in front of the beach and... it offers all the conforts.The room was beautiful, with a jacuzzi with pool and sea view and two sun chairs to relax in private.They offer a big variety of breakfast and lot of drinks and snacks during all the day. Everyone was very kind and professional, they really made us feel at home. We loved our stay here and we will definitely come back. We visited here in May while staying at few different hotels.We enjoyed this place and importantly the people working there so much that we ended up staying an extra night than... we intended, and then ended up cancelling our hotel at the other side of the island and hiring a car to drive back to stay here again for our lastnight of holiday.Really can’t stress enough how amazing it was. The rooms were amazing. Views and location amazing. Breakfast was so good!My girlfriend was pregnant at the time and were literally looking at coming back in October just to see the staff again with the baby.Meant to leave this review earlierRecommend !!!read more

We like visiting new places, and have never gone on holiday to the same place twice. That's just changed! The Vergina beach hotel is superb and we want to come back. The whole... family (3 teenage daughters) loved it, the service is incredible and the attention to detail really impressive. It's on a great sandy location on the beach with a lovely view. Even at the height of summer loungers and fresh beach towels are no problem every day. The food is delicious and the rooms bright, modern and very clean. There's plenty of great restaurants within a very short walk and loads of other stuff to do. We'll be back!read more

Vergina is the best hotel! The staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much of an ask. They are all so kind. The property is beautiful and modern and had everything you could... want including access to beach chairs all day - a free car park- multiple pools- a spa, gym, steam room and sauna! The cocktails are great. The beach food is delicious. The cleaning staff… are fairy god mothers. I cannot rate this highly enough! We want to live here ????read more

We had the best holiday here and i cant speak any more highly of the hotel and the staff there. On arrival, we got upgraded to a full sea view room which was amazing and our view... was stunning, especially around sunset. Everything was run so smoothly and the service was first rate for us. The staff were engaging and extremly helpfull with any requests and recommendations for trips/restaurants. They were also instrumental in helping me plan my (very late) proposal to my girlfriend!! Just had the most pleasant stay at this nice and cozy little hotel! The staff are the nicest and very helpful, make you feel very welcome even as a solo traveler, they ever... upgraded me to a better room for free. Also, breakfasts are very substantial and varied, beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds and great location overall with the bus to Chania right outside the hotel. A great beach hotel! We just got back from 10 days here and can’t recommend enough. The rooms are comfortable, the beach access is amazing and the service is some of the best... we’ve come across. Special shout out to Aggelos who seemed to manage to be everywhere at once but always having a great time! We absolutely loved this place. All their staff is amazing and genuinely welcoming. The location could not be better, right on the beach, and close to amenities. What we... especially appreciated was the free parking lot right next to the property. They gave fantastic restaurant recommendations that were not your usual tourist traps and yet walking distance. Thier breakfast was delicious, we had it on the beach. We loved the small details: personal welcome, being shown around, welcome drinks, a small parting gift, and local suggestions. It's the staff that make this place a 5 star experience. I think because its ultimately family run there is so much more love and care that goes into maintaining the hotel. At... breakfast we are greeted with big warming smiles and after a couple of days Angelo remembered our order. He also made us feel comfortable and not judged when our one year old had little strops. The breakfast was delicious and we were over the moon when the hotel gave it to us for free as an upgrade. Yes it's small gestures like that that make this place truly remarkable. The rooms are lovely with all the amenities and if you need a high chair in your room during your stay just ask. We had a sea view which I'm glad for because the non sea view rooms face walls or the street. The beach is great and the sun loungers comfy. The pools are not heated and can only really be used in the height if summer. There us a local bus that runs up and down the coast to Chania. Overall great stay, thank you for an amazing holiday.read more

No doubts about it, this is an incredible hotel! The hotel was built in 2017 so every room looks brand new. The hotel is relatively small, which means you always feel like you're... taken care of. 🙂 We stayed in room 20 which is a lovely junior suite with a view of the ocean and a small balcony with the same view. It was absolutely lovely, even though we didn't really use the balcony as we ended up staying at the sun beds all day long! The room also had a small kitchen with a fridge, some glasses and cups etc. and the maids always washed our glasses after we had used them.Even though the location and the rooms are perfect, the true beauty of this hotel comes in the form of the staff. The staff is service oriented, kind and funny. They're always looking for ways to help you, whether that is carrying your luggage, bringing your drinks or food wherever you're located or helping you call a taxi.We completely forgot about the check-out time and the staff were incredibly kind and gave us a new room where we could keep our things, change clothes, take a shower etc until we were leaving for the airport.On arrival we got a welcoming drink each from the kind manager who showed us around the premises and also made all our breakfasts free even though they weren't included when we paid for the hotel. I have no idea why they decided to give us free breakfasts, but it was incredibly kind of them and the breakfasts here are delicious and HUGE. We ended up sharing portions most days because they were just so filling. They've got great choices and you can eat the breakfast with a sweet sea view right next to the beach. The orange juice is freshly pressed right then and there.I noticed a lot of reviews have mentioned the sun beds costing 3 euros per day, but that was not the case during our stay. All the sun beds were free every day and there was more than enough sun beds for all the guests which means you can relax during the morning, because there's no need to rush for the beds. :)As you can see, I have nothing but warm words about this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate for a second about going to the same place again. So huge thanks to everyone at Vergina Beach for making our stay at Crete absolutely perfect!read more
